Megan Pauwels Steps Down

Megan Pauwels has stepped down from her position of Coach and Cricket Manager of the Female teams. Megan has been involved as a player and coach for an extended period and has led the programme for the past two seasons.

The club credits Megan's efforts with significant performance improvements this season, including a finals appearance by the thirds, the Women's First 11 T20 trophy win, and stronger performances across all teams.

Megan has contributed extensive volunteer hours to developing young players. She established and manages junior programmes, including the Molineux Academy and participation in the Under 15 and Under 18 squads, and her expertise has earned state-level recognition through coaching roles with the Victorian Under 19s.

The club hopes Megan enjoys her time away from the day-to-day of coaching while remaining involved through the year, and thanks her for all her efforts promoting Dandenong CC and the skill of its players.
